Each Asset Department follows a similar structure when it comes to confidentiality and student well-being.
Every department has one or two social safety contact persons within the board. They are available to listen to any concerns or complaints and can guide students to the right confidential contact within Asset.
In addition to the internal contacts, each department also has confidential contact persons. These external contacts operate fully independently from Asset. You can reach out to them directly if you prefer to speak to someone outside the organization. All conversations remain strictly confidential.
If a case involves a more serious or sensitive matter, the external confidential persons can refer it to the Integrity Committee, which reviews the situation through a formal and careful procedure.
